PETER FRANTZ

Artist Statement

Increasingly, my sculpture is designed for outdoor placement. Standing as a sentinel and an opening in that setting, it acts as a key to entry and an opening of passage to an expanded personal sense of place and adds a heightened ability to discover the authenticity of personal identity with its accompanying need, and right, to belong.
